Energy is our voice. Sport is our language.
I DON’T TRAIN TO FIT IN.I TRAIN TO GO FURTHER.Movement is how I express who I am. Energy is how I connect with the world.I am an endurance athlete, fitness professional, and lifelong student of movement and the mind, driven by the belief that movement speaks louder than words. From Triathlon, Sprint, Olympic, Ironman 70.3, and now preparing for a Full Ironman, to Trail Running, Martial Arts, Indoor Cycling, Strength, Core, Stretching, Breathing, and Mobility, every discipline has shaped my understanding of movement, resilience, discipline, and performance. My experience across different fitness disciplines and training methodologies has taught me that there is no single way to become stronger. The body adapts. The mind adapts. And we adapt with it.I continue to study Sports Psychology and Neurobiology, exploring the connection between the brain, body, and performance.Because performance isn't purely physical. It is:
Physical.
Mental.
Neural.
HUMAN.
What DMBJ stands for

No shortcuts. No filters. No pretending.Just movement with meaning.I believe in showing up, challenging yourself and continuing to evolve.I believe strength isn't only physical.
I believe discipline isn't punishment.
I believe progress isn't linear.
And I believe your potential doesn't have an expiration date.I STAND FOR:⚡ PURPOSEFUL MOVEMENT
Train with intention. Move with awareness. Every session should have a reason.🔥 CHALLENGE
Comfort has its place. Growth happens beyond it.🧠 MIND + BODY
Performance is both physical and mental. Focus, motivation, confidence, breathing, fatigue, and recovery all matter.💪 STRENGTH & RESILIENCE
Build a body that can perform, and a mind that can keep going.🌬️ BREATH & RECOVERY
Training isn't only about pushing harder. Knowing when and how to recover is part of performance.🧭 CONTINUOUS EVOLUTION
There is no final version of you. Learn. Adapt. Become.
WHAT SHAPED DMBJ

Different disciplines. Different lessons. One evolving understanding of movement. This is what shaped DiMotion by Jules:Endurance & Triathlon:Sprint • Olympic • Ironman 70.3 • Full Ironman in preparation
Endurance has taught me patience, consistency, pacing, and resilience, and that progress is built one session at a time.Fitness & Group Training:Decades of experience across different fitness disciplines, class formats, and training methodologies have shaped my understanding of movement, energy, effort, motivation, and group dynamics.Indoor Cycling:Years of experience with various indoor-cycling methodologies have taught me to combine rhythm, intensity, technique, music, motivation, and purposeful training.Trail Running:Uneven terrain. Changing conditions. No shortcuts.
Trail running has taught me adaptability, body awareness, mental resilience, and the freedom to move beyond predictable environments.Martial Arts:Discipline over ego. Respect over noise.
Martial arts have strengthened my understanding of control, focus, perseverance, and the connection between physical and mental discipline.Strength & Conditioning:Building capacity rather than simply chasing intensity.
Strength training has taught me that becoming stronger is about becoming more capable, stable, and resilient.Mobility, Stretching, Breathing & Recovery:Performance isn't only about pushing harder. It's also about moving better, breathing better and recovering intelligently.Sports Psychology & Neurobiology:The next layer of the journey.
I continue to expand my knowledge of the relationship between the brain, body and performance, exploring motivation, focus, confidence, fatigue, stress, recovery and the mechanisms that influence how we perform.
DMBJ's philosophy
I believe in showing up.In tired legs, focused minds, and the quiet discipline of doing the work when no one is watching.I believe in training with intention, moving with purpose, and challenging the limits we place on ourselves.I don't chase comfort. I chase growth.I believe energy drives action, while mindset shapes how we respond to challenge. But performance is never just about willpower. The body, brain, and mind are constantly communicating, adapting, and learning.I believe in strength, not only the strength to push harder, but the strength to adapt, recover, breathe, and keep moving forward.I believe movement can change more than the body.It can change how we think, feel, respond, and see ourselves.Sport is not just competition.
Movement is communication. It is how we express ambition, courage, discipline, and growth, sometimes without saying a word.Every session is an opportunity to learn.
Every challenge is an opportunity to adapt.
Every finish line is another starting point. The road ahead is long. Keep moving. And stop being. To become.
